Terms of Service

By requesting a delivery from Dual Courier Service, you agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery information and to package items in accordance with applicable medical, pharmaceutical, and legal handling requirements.

Delivery windows for same-day, routed, and scheduled services are quoted in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, or conditions outside our control. We will communicate promptly if a delivery window changes.

Rates are quoted per client based on delivery type, distance, frequency, and handling requirements. Recurring route agreements are documented separately.
